Refund Policy – ZaynBox

At ZaynBox, we strive to provide a high-quality service experience. Due to the digital nature of our products, we maintain the following refund policy:


1. General Refund Rules

  • All sales are final for subscription plans after activation.

  • Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

    • Service is completely non-functional (verified by our team).

    • Payment was duplicated or charged in error.

    • Request is made within 24 hours of purchase (before service activation).


2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Buffering or performance issues caused by the user’s internet connection/device.

  • Failure to cancel auto-renewal before billing cycle.

  • Violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, chargebacks).


3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@assil.zaynbox.com within 24 hours of purchase.

  2. Include:

    • Transaction ID (from payment receipt).

    • Reason for refund (with evidence if applicable).

  3. We will respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed in 5–10 business days.


4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and a ban from future purchases.

  • Disputes must be resolved directly with our support team.


5. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel auto-renewal anytime via your account dashboard.

  • Cancellations do not trigger refunds for unused subscription time.
